As a franchisee and recruiter at Gecko Hospitality, he specializes in aligning culture and expertise within the restaurant sector. Brian’s expertise in recruiting, coaching, and leadership drives impactful growth.
Previously, Brian led Applebee’s to $19M in annual sales, opened new locations, and elevated customer service as Director. He also held key leadership roles at Ragazzi’s and Houlihan’s, demonstrating exceptional business acumen. Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BS degree in Food Service and Nutrition while majoring in Hotel Restaurant Management.
Beyond the corporate world, Brian is an active Rotary Club leader, having held key roles including Club President. He’s a two-time Rotarian of the Year, a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and spearheaded the Cary’s Memory Café initiative to support Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers.
