Feeding Our Community
Many in our community face homelessness, hunger, and struggle to make ends meet to feed their families. Immigrant and low income families may also have limited access to good, affordable food options and face issues such as diabetes, obesity and malnutrition.
At Kitchen of Purpose, we are working hard to change this. We provide our neighbors with healthy, nutritious meals designed to combat hunger and prevent and reduce obesity. We partner with local agencies and nonprofits to reach and serve those most in need.

Serving Meals with Dignity
KITCHEN OF PURPOSE has created a New, Transformative Food Assistance Opportunity that exists nowhere in the DMV.
By partnering with Local agencies that serve disenfranchised populations, guest chefs and volunteers, KOP will serve “Meals with Dignity”. Starting service once a month on JULY 21, 2025, KOP will serve a 3-course meal prepared with love, in a peaceful, beautiful space for 24 guests.
Incorporating “service opportunities” for our students and inviting well known “guest chefs” from the DMV will allow us to highlight “community service” while uniquely serving this community.
