Julia has 23 years of kitchen experience including positions as kitchen manager and service manager. Originally from Guatemala, Julia spent 13 years working with Chipotle. She is grateful to Chipotle for the extensive training and leadership classes she attended. Julia loves spending time with her 2 grandchildren.
