Mr. Tracy has many years of experience working in the restaurant business. He has achieved consistent excellence in hospitality in all concepts within the group through the development and perpetual improvement of a comprehensive accountability system that includes clarified expectations, initial and ongoing training, quarterly evaluations using internal and external metrics, and aligned incentives.
Mr. Tracy has also served as a policy Analyst for the National Council on Teacher Quality in Washington, DC, as well as a ESL Teacher at DC public Schools.
