Jonathan Sterlin is an Executive Director in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan, leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions, as well and both public and private capital raising transactions in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Jonathan was on the global mergers and acquisitions team at Barclays in New York, executing cross-border transactions into Latin America. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in McLean, Virginia as a certified public accountant.

Jonathan graduated from Columbia Business School with a Master of Business Administration. He also earned a master’s degree in Finance at American University and an undergraduate accounting degree at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Jonathan is the son of Haitian and Filipino immigrants who met in the Washington, DC metropolitan area where he was born and raised.

Jonathan and his family live in Bethesda, Maryland.
