Todd Miller

Board Member


Todd Miller is a founding and the managing partner of Baker & Miller PLLC, a boutique firm that focuses its practices in the areas of antitrust and international business law, regulation, and litigation.  He has been particularly active in representing food, beverage and grocery products and distribution companies in such matters and is a recognized authority and has been retained as an expert on the Capper-Volstead Act, a statute that provides an antitrust exemption for agricultural cooperatives.    


For over fifteen years, Todd was on the faculty of the Washington College of Law at the American University in Washington, D.C., teaching International Antitrust Law.  He has taught and lectured at other universities on antitrust law and on economics, including the University of Wisconsin and Duke University.  


Todd received a B.A. in economics with distinction from the University of Virginia, a J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School, and attended the University of Cambridge.  


Todd is a member of the Rotary Club of Washington, D.C., where he currently serves on its Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of its Community Service Grants Committee.  He is the past Secretary of the Club and is currently the Secretary of the Board of Kitchen of Purpose.  He has been on the Kitchen of Purpose Board since 2022.
